We use Risk Terrain Modeling (RTM) to identify complex issues as well as the most appropriate municipal agencies and community stakeholders needed for the response.  

Using Simsi's Data-Informed Community Engagement (DICE) model combined with the Proactive Alliance (PA) relationship-based approach, Safe Night empowers stakeholders to develop a working group and begin collaborative problem-solving and relationship-building.  

We introduce a strategic management plan that provides expectations and accountability for all stakeholders. 

We demonstrate how the Proactive Alliance relationship-based approach enhances Problem-Oriented Policing and the SARA model by reaching stakeholders resistant to working with the police.
